A dedicated team is selected and deployed in consultation with the client as per the clients comfort. The team allocation works for the entire duration of project and this dedicated team doesn't work on any other project in this duration. The benefit of this model is that the client and the team reach a very high level of comfort and understanding which gives a boost to the project in terms of time as well as quality. Outputs are better aligned to the orientation and expectation of the client due to greater understanding. Instead of a fixed cost, this model requires the client to pay a fixed amount per month for the dedicated team.

The client finalizes the cost of the entire project and pays on the project performance rather than the team size. No fixed team is dedicated for model. Team size is increased or reduced based on the development stage of the project. The client has no control over team allocation and team size. The client has to pay one time or in break-up proportional to the percentage of the project completed and delivered.
