Quality Assurance Process

We try to synchronize the quality review process of the clients with the in-house review process. In the first phase of QA, the content review takes place, which is a three step process:
                       
Language/ID review

  • Instructional clarity
  • Structure and flow
  • In line with the design
  • Standards and guidelines of the client are being followed
  • Instructional design strategies being followed

Edit Review

  • Attention to Detail(ATD)
  • Grammar and spelling mistakes.
  • Editing and readability issues.

Technical Review

  • Technical accuracy of the content
  • Relevance of the content
  • Verification of technical steps
  • Checking the functionality of all the codes/applications/projects

The second phase, known as Quality Testing involves evaluating the performance of eLearning system under predefined conditions. Following steps are involved in Quality testing:

    • Specify test cases and define test environment.
    • Document the expected results, based on the test cases
    • Evaluate the eLearning system in a modular way, treating each component separately.
    • Identify the defects/areas of improvement.
    • Implement any change request/feedback
    • Re evaluate the system
